• The Type-C compatible wall charger or power bank connected must have the same or higher wattage than the original power supply of your notebook. Compatible power banks include the WINX GO Ultra 20000mAh 100W PD Power Bank.

How long does it take to deliver an order?
Depending on where your order is being shipped from, deliveries can take place between next business day, up to 3 working days.
What is your return policy?
Orders need to be returned within 7 working days in order to qualify for a full refund. Any orders returned after the 7 day period will incur a 15% handling fee.
How long does it take to process a refund?
All returns need to be checked by our technical department for any potential damages before we process your refund. This can take between 1-2 working days.
